In this course, you’ll learn what critical thinking is all about, what characteristics a critical thinker has, and what skills you may want to work on. Then, you’ll work your way through a seven-step critical thinking model. Supporting skills, such as asking good questions, applying common sense, and thinking creatively, are also covered.

After you complete this course, you will be able to: explain the differences between virtual and in-person presentations, outline the major challenges (presenter, presentation and technical) with virtual presentations, recognize the strengths, weaknesses, and standout features of popular virtual presentation platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, GoToMeeting and Google Meet) and how to set up an account on the platforms, and integrate solutions to virtual presentation challenges in your own delivery of virtual presentations.
